Q: Do I need event insurance?

A: “Yes, all corporate and social events are required to provide proof of insurance coverage. For corporate events click here. For social events click here. Email us with any questions.

Q: Can I have alcohol at my event?

A: Yes, all alcohol and bar services must come through an approved and insured vendor. No cash bars are allowed except with a special events permit obtained from the city of Lone Tree.

Q: What is included in my rental?

A: Every rental includes either a half or full day time slot, one standard furniture setup (classroom, pods, theater), Audio-Visual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite parking, elevator access, shared catering kitchen and setup areas, plus an dedicated onsite event coordinator.

Q: What are the standard hours and rental times?

A: Typically, a half day is 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm. A full booking day would be 8am-5pm. After hours is offered with a fee. 7am is the earliest the Conference Center opens, with 10pm being the latest closing time.

Q: Can I book CC@R on nights and weekends?

A: Yes! The Conference Center at RidgeGate is open for events Monday – Saturday. Sunday events are considered. Events occurring before 7:30am or after 5:30pm may incur additional overtime fees for event staffing, janitorial services, and other ancillary items.

Q: Can I use different furniture?

A: Yes! While our meeting rooms and event spaces do come fully furnished with tables and chairs, event rentals can be brought in from an approved vendor.

Q: What vendors can I use?

A: At The Conference Center at RidgeGate, you can pick from a list of our favorite caterers and vendors. All vendors must be approved by The CC@R and are required to provide a certificate of insurance for the property. Please see our list of approved vendors.

Q: Does The Conference Center at RidgeGate have indoor and outdoor event space?

A: Yes! In addition to the 7 modern meeting rooms, there is also an indoor reception area and an outdoor terrace! Choose one room, or a combination of many spaces, to create the perfect flow for your event!

Q: Can I stop by for a tour?

A: Absolutely! In-Person tours are available via appointment. To schedule, please fill out our booking form or email: Kristina.Petrie@JLL.com

Q: Where can we stay and what can we do in the area?

A: Our helpful and knowledgeable event staff is happy to make recommendations in the area! Discounted rates for CC@R guests are available at Tru by Hilton just down the road. Also, check out our list of preferred hotels. 

Q: Are there good restaurants or fun activities in the area?

A: Lone Tree and the surrounding area has plenty of amazing food and fun activities to choose from. Check out CC@R’s area activity and dining guides for our favorites!
